Job description
ZeeTim is preparing to advance to the next stage of its growth and development and is seeking a technically skilled profile who enjoys client interaction and will serve as the main point of contact for clients.
As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will:
- Act as the product ambassador, able to discuss about the product with ease
- Master the product inside out
- Handle the technical aspect of the sales cycle:
- Promote the product during webinars, videos, or technical articles
- Conduct demos during client meetings
- Set up Proofs of Concept (POC)
- Install the product
- Provide technical support post-installation
- Provide feedback to the development team
- Have a solid understanding of the market and client needs
Detailed responsibilities
Technical Support During the Sales Cycle
- Assess technical client needs
- Deliver technical presentations of the product
- Perform demos and Proofs of Concept (POC)
- Assist with product installation
Documentation and Support
- Write responses to Requests for Proposals
- Draft technical documentation
- Centralize and manage support tickets
Product Promotion
- Promote the company’s products
- Attain product certifications
- Write technical articles
- Host webinars
Research and Development
- Conduct technology watch and market analysis
- Provide suggestions to the R&D team
- Test products
